Article 1 — Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between SENOU INNO LLC, operator of asloon.com, and any person making a purchase on the site (the "Customer"). Placing an order on the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products
Products offered for sale on asloon.com are presented with descriptions and technical specifications that are as accurate as possible. SENOU INNO LLC cannot be held liable for any error or omission in these descriptions.
Product photos and visuals are not contractually binding. Slight variations in color or texture may exist between the visual and the product received, particularly due to the natural materials used (wood, leather).
SENOU INNO LLC reserves the right to change the range of products offered for sale at any time, without notice.
Article 3 — Prices
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) for orders shipped to the United States and in Canadian dollars (CAD) for orders shipped to Canada. For orders shipped to the contiguous United States (Continental US — excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) and to Canada, all applicable taxes and import duties are calculated at checkout and included in the final price shown. No additional charges are collected upon delivery.
SENOU INNO LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the prices in effect when the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
Orders are placed directly on asloon.com. The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and confirms the order after reviewing the cart contents and total price.
Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these terms, acknowledgment of having read them in full, and waiver of the Customer's own purchasing conditions.
An order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
SENOU INNO LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an unresolved payment dispute regarding a previous order.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, through Shopify Payments.
The Customer warrants to SENOU INNO LLC that they are authorized to use the payment method selected when confirming the order.
Payment data is processed directly by the payment provider and is not stored by SENOU INNO LLC.
Article 6 — Shipping
Shipping area
Orders ship only to the contiguous United States (Continental US — excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) and Canada.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum.
Timeframes
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from the ship date, for both the contiguous United States and Canada. These timeframes are estimates and may vary by carrier, destination, and peak periods.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to the Customer as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping address
The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address before confirming the order. SENOU INNO LLC cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.
Damaged, lost, or undelivered packages
If a package is damaged, lost in transit, or not delivered within the stated timeframe, the Customer has 7 days from the expected delivery date to contact contact@asloon.com. The applicable procedure is detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the site.
Article 7 — Returns
The Customer has 30 days from the delivery date to return an unused, undamaged product in its original packaging, with all of its components.
Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer. No restocking fee applies.
To start a return, the Customer contacts contact@asloon.com with the order number and reason for the return. A reply with the return address and instructions is sent within 2 business days.
After the returned product is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Article 8 — Warranties
SENOU INNO LLC warrants that products sold conform to their description at the time of the order. In case of non-conformity or a defect found upon receipt, the Customer has 7 days from delivery to contact contact@asloon.com with the order number and a photo of the product concerned. A replacement or full refund is then offered at no cost to the Customer.
Article 9 — Liability
SENOU INNO LLC cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract due to stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, full or partial disruption or strikes affecting postal services and means of transport, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
SENOU INNO LLC cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or computer viruses.
Article 10 — Intellectual property
All elements of asloon.com, including text, visuals, logos, and graphic elements, are the exclusive property of SENOU INNO LLC. Any full or partial reproduction or representation without prior authorization is prohibited.
Article 11 — Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with an order is processed in accordance with the SENOU INNO LLC Privacy Policy available on the site.
Article 12 — Changes to these terms
SENOU INNO LLC reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The terms that apply are those in effect on the date the Customer confirms the order.
Article 13 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to first contact contact@asloon.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas, subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers residing in another state or country.
