This Privacy Policy describes how ASLOON — operated by SENOU INNO LLC — collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from asloon.com.
Information we collect
When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your browser type, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages and products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the site.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect the information needed to process the transaction: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to fulfill orders and process payments, communicate with you about your order, shipment, and any return or refund requests, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and, when in line with your preferences, provide you with information or advertising related to our products.
How we share your information
We share your personal information with third-party service providers to help us operate the store and deliver our services.
Shopify Inc. hosts the store and processes transactions. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay handle payments. Payment data is processed directly by these providers and is not stored on our servers. O2Switch hosts customer service emails (data stored in France). Judge.me collects and displays customer reviews (name, email, review content, photos). Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Pinterest Tag may be used for analytics and advertising. These tools may collect information about your browsing activity through cookies and similar technologies.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can adjust your Pinterest ad preferences in your Pinterest account settings.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your device. We use cookies to operate the site (cart, session, login) and, when active, to support analytics and advertising services described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
When you place an order, we retain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. If you contact us by email, your correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or any other state with applicable data privacy legislation, you may have similar rights under your state's law.

Canadian residents
If you reside in Canada, the handling of your personal information is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you reside in Quebec, it is also governed by the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

- access the personal information we hold about you and request its correction;
- withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal or contractual restrictions (for example, information needed to process an order in progress);
- if you reside in Quebec, request the portability of your information, and request that its dissemination cease or that any hyperlink attached to your name be de-indexed where that dissemination contravenes the law.
We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Data transfers
Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your state, province, or country, including in Canada (Shopify), the United States (Shopify, Google, Judge.me, Pinterest), and France (O2Switch). By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
Children
The site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The version in effect at the time of your visit or purchase applies.
